Tempo Gas Station is currently hiring CSR Supervisors to join our team across multiple Calgary locations.

Responsibilities

As a CSR Supervisor, you will help oversee daily store operations while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include:
Supervising and supporting Customer Service Representatives
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Operating the cash register and processing transactions
Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
Stocking shelves and monitoring inventory
Ensuring company procedures and standards are followed
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Handling customer concerns professionally
Supporting fuel station and convenience-store operations




Communicating operational or maintenance concerns to management

Qualifications
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Supervisory or leadership experience is an asset
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Able to work in a fast-paced retail workplace
Adaptable availability, including evenings and weekends, is preferred
