Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of roofing experience
Robust roofing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience with residential roof repairs and replacements
Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
Valid driver’s licence preferred
Experience With
Leak investigation
Sloped roof replacement
Flat roof replacement
Skylights
Chimneys and masonry
Building envelope systems
