We pride ourselves on professionalism, transparent communication, and reliable service. We are looking for a focused, organized, and motivated Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating incoming service calls, assigning drivers, and ensuring productive, timely responses. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and prioritize incoming calls for towing, recovery, and roadside assistance
Dispatch drivers based on urgency, location, and truck availability
Maintain real‑time communication with drivers and customers
Track and update call statuses, driver locations, and job progress
Document all dispatch activity accurately and clearly
Provide professional,



courteous customer service at all times
Coordinate with law enforcement, insurance companies, and partner agencies when required
Support drivers by relaying instructions, addresses, and job details

Required Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
Ability to make quick, confident decisions in high‑pressure situations
Familiarity with Thunder Bay and surrounding areas
Experience with dispatching, logistics, or towing industry preferred
Proficiency with dispatch software, GPS systems, and basic computer skills
Availability for evenings, overnights, and weekends
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Pay: $17.60-$18.50 per hour
