We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our pharmacy team. This role is responsible for coordinating medication deliveries, supporting patients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics that contribute to safe and timely patient care.

This position is well suited for someone who is organized, patient-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule medication deliveries for patients
Communicate with patients to confirm delivery details, timing, and requirements
Prepare, review, and maintain delivery documentation and patient records
Liaise with couriers and delivery partners to manage pickups, deliveries, and any issues
Track deliveries and follow up on missed, delayed, or rescheduled orders
Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and compassionate manner
Maintain accurate records in pharmacy systems




Support daily workflow and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications & Skills
Experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, or logistics-related role is an asset
Familiarity with Kroll pharmacy software is an asset
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a busy environment
Patient-focused, reliable, and team-oriented
