At DRIVEN, our vehicles don’t hit the showroom looking “valuable enough.” They need to look brand spanking used—clean, polished and ready to impress the moment a customer sees them.
We’re looking for an experienced automotive detailer who can take a used vehicle in real-world condition and bring it back to a high retail standard. Someone who sees the stains, scratches and imperfections other people overlook—and takes pride in eliminating them.
This is not an entry-level position. We need someone with skilled automotive detailing experience who can step in and produce quality work from day one.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Complete interior and exterior vehicle detailing
Deep cleaning, shampooing and stain removal
Odour removal and interior reconditioning
Machine polishing, buffing and paint correction
Cleaning wheels, tires, windows, trim and engine compartments
Identifying areas that require additional attention
Preparing vehicles to a consistent, dealership-ready standard
Completing vehicles efficiently without cutting corners
Maintaining a clean, organized and professional work area
Taking ownership of every vehicle assigned to you
Who We’re Looking For
You are someone who:
Has qualified automotive detailing experience
Knows how to properly operate polishers, extractors and detailing equipment
Understands which products and techniques to use on different surfaces
Can work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment
Notices the small details without needing someone else to point them out
Is dependable, organized and takes direction well
Takes personal pride in the final result
Can be trusted to finish the job properly the first time
