Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our customers. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financing related to a retail vehicle sale, ensuring compliance with regulations, and working closely with our sales team to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the financing process for automobile sales, including loan applications, approvals, and documentation.
Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers.
Analyze customer credit reports and financial data to determine appropriate financing solutions.
Present financing options to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits clearly and effectively.
Ensure compliance with all provincial regulations related to automotive financing.
Train and support sales staff on financing procedures and best practices.




Monitor and evaluate the performance of financing programs and make recommendations for improvements.
Address customer inquiries and concerns regarding financing options and payments.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail finance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financing products and services in the automotive industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$200,000.00 per year
