Pacific Coast Heavy Truck Group is an established Volvo / Mack Truck dealership group with 4 locations, Kamloops, Langley, Delta, and Chilliwack.

We are now accepting applications for a Parts Counterperson to be part of our Kamloops team in a full-time, permanent capacity. We are selectively looking for applicants with the right experience and work ethic to fit our company and join our growing team.

Responsibilities:
Assist with retail customer purchases and timely processing of parts orders.
Provide service technicians with parts as required.
Assist with Parts Manager in merchandising displays.
Maintain the retail sale floor and displays to meet or exceed the dealerships standards.
Control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.





What we are looking for:
Red Seal Parts Person desired, but will consider years of experience.
Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity.
Self-motivated, team-oriented individuals who have the ability to perform successfully under pressure.
Qualified demeanor and superior customer service skills.
Strong computer skills preferred.
