Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Restoration Cleaners to join our team on a part-time or full time basis. This role involves restoring properties affected by water, fire, or mold damage through thorough cleaning and restoration processes. Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Responsibilities
Perform detailed cleaning of affected areas using various cleaning techniques and equipment
Utilize hand tools and power tools to remove debris, damaged materials, and prepare surfaces for restoration
Assist with demolition and construction tasks as needed during the restoration process
Operate specialized equipment safely and effectively to restore properties to their pre-damage condition
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and meet client expectations
Document work performed and communicate progress or issues to supervisors
Skills
Experience with cleaning techniques and equipment preferred but not required
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction practices is advantageous
Knowledge of restoration processes related to water, fire, or mold damage is a plus
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in physically demanding situations
