We are currently looking for a full time, seasonal Lead Hand/ Machine Operator to join our team for the 2026 landscaping season. The ideal candidate is experienced in landscape construction, comfortable operating equipment, and able to help lead and support crew members on job sites.

Responsibilities
Assist with and lead various landscape construction projects
Operate excavators and skid steers
Perform tasks such as grading, excavation, and installation of landscape features
Work with materials such as wood, soil, gravel, and stone
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work site
Help coordinate tasks and support crew productivity

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in landscape construction




Experience operating excavators and skid steers
Valid driver’s license
Steel-toed boots required
Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work Monday–Friday and available some Saturday's.
