Job types
Water damage caused by a variety of sources, clean water breaks, sump pump failures, sewer backups
Fire and smoke damage
Mould and asbestos
Biohazardous sites
Pack out and move out




Cleaning of heavily soiled, dirty units, could be infested
Final post-construction cleaning of entire units, dusting, moping, wiping ceiling fixtures, etc.

Working Conditions
Must be available full-time Monday to Friday 7:30 to 4:30
On-call rotation once every 4 weeks in which you must remain available after hours for 7 days

Work to be done
Lift heavy objects
Hard physical labour
Move furniture
Work in a hot or cold and humid environments
Work while wearing full PPE including respirators and N95 masks when necessary
