Job Summary
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Production Assembler to join a Mississauga warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling control boxes and related components accurately and efficiently, ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with mechanical work using hand and power tools to produce high-quality products.

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent Hire

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities
Assemble components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions
Install and/or remove electrical components
Fit and connect pneumatic components
Conduct quality inspections during assembly to identify defects or inconsistencies
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents immediately

Qualifications
Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environments preferred




Comfortable using hand and power tools
Mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Positive communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
