We are seeking an experienced Superintendent Couple who are customer service focused, detail oriented and hard-working. You will be required to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities are but not limited to.
Cleaning/Maintenance
Ensure cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas & corridors
Maintain cleaning and maintenance logs
Cleaning and preparation of vacant units for recent residents
Facilitate work orders and perform minor maintenance
Minor Grounds maintenance, daily building and mechanical room inspections
Tenant Relations/Administrative
Address tenant concerns effectively and promptly
Maintain positive relations with tenants, service providers
Leasing of current and upcoming vacant units
Rent collection, bank deposits
Serve legal documents and notices as needed
Always ensure resident safety and security
Respond appropriately and professionally to emergencies
Maintain fire safety logs and winter logs
General
On call after hours for emergencies, on duty alternating weekends
Maintain accurate maintenance, safety, pest control and cleaning logs as required by the City of Toronto
RentSafeTO Program
Follow all Health & Safety requirements at all times
Other duties as assigned by Property Manager
A satisfactory reference check and criminal records clearance required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
