Compensation: Base salary plus uncapped commission
We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead B2B sales (Potential Exhibitors / booth sales and sponsorship onboardings) for a growing HOME & GARDEN EXPO trade show / event series. This role is base + commission-heavy and best suited for someone who thrives on closing deals and building relationships.
Experience Required
3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in events, sponsorships, media, or trade shows
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience selling sponsorship packages or high-ticket B2B deals
Experience building and managing a sales pipeline from cold outreach to close
comfortable presenting to business owners and stakeholders
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
Organized, with robust follow-up discipline and CRM/pipeline tracking habits
Comfortable representing a brand publicly, including in marketing materials
Bilingual or multilingual, and experience selling into diverse GTA communities, is a solid asset
Compensation Base salary plus uncapped commission, weighted higher on sponsorship deals.
