Little Caesars is hiring for a full-time Shift Runners in Training position that is primarily for closing shifts.

This position is for someone who is reliable, hardworking, positive, and interested in growing into a leadership role. You do not need to already be a manager or leader, but you do need to be dependable and coachable.

This is a hands-on leadership role. We are looking for someone who leads by example, works hard beside the team, stays calm under pressure, and earns respect through their attitude and effort.

Responsibilities
Help run closing shifts smoothly and efficiently
Lead and support staff during the shift
Maintain food quality, speed, cleanliness, and customer service standards
Keep the team focused, productive, and skilled
Handle customer concerns properly
Complete closing duties and ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for the next day




Follow food safety and workplace safety rules
Take responsibility and follow through on tasks

Previous food service, customer service, or leadership experience is an asset but not required.
