Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all food handling practices meet safety standards. This position is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality and food service industry.

Duties
Assist cooks and chefs in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Ensure all food items are stored properly and labeled according to safety guidelines.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.




Support the kitchen team during peak hours to ensure productive service delivery.

Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with basic cooking techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
A strong willingness to learn and adapt in a rapid-paced kitchen setting.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also taking initiative when necessary.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
