Job Overview

Our client located on the West Island is currently recruiting for a seasoned IT Systems & Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Macola ERP, SQL programming, Crystal Reports, and Microsoft technologies. This hands-on role will support employees, analyze and maintain business systems and data, troubleshoot technical issues, and work with external IT partners to ensure our systems operate effectively. The ideal candidate is analytical, resourceful, and comfortable bridging IT, data, and business operations.

Tasks
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees
Manage user accounts (internal)
Main responsible for Quebec’s Bill 25 privacy law at BCA
Coordinate with subcontractors (Harvest, Genatec, etc.) ensuring all BCA systems are operational; troubleshooting as necessary
Data analyst for total system (Macola, WiSys, Office, etc.)
Review, evaluate, suggest improvements for the entire IT system; lead implementation projects
Develop SQL queries & automate recurring reports and processing tasks where possible
Create individual dashboards for key members of the group
Maintain and evaluate hardware & software solutions
Ad Hoc reporting & requests





Skills
8+ years experience in a similar role
Business Analytics, computer science or IT technology schooling or equivalent
Experience with Office, SQL (MSSQL), Power BI, Macola and WiSys (& Zebra scan guns); Crystal reporting; (to manage all invoices, confirmations, packing lists, etc. on Macola
MC CNE (Microsoft Certified Network Engineer), SAP experience is an asset
IT problem solver
Organizational skills
Bilingual (English/French)

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
