Unified Power Solutions Inc. is a growing electrical contracting company based in Vaughan, Ontario, specializing in design-build, distribution installation, lighting, EV charger installations, and infrared services. We're looking for an experienced, licensed electrician to join our team as a Foreman, overseeing projects ranging from $50,000 to $600,000.

About the Role

As Foreman, you'll take the lead on job sites — managing crews, coordinating schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and acting as the main point of contact between the field and our project management team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows the trade inside and out and is ready to run projects from start to finish.

Requirements
Valid 309A Electrician license (Master Electrician license an asset)
Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade
Proven experience leading crews and overseeing job sites
Solid knowledge of the Ontario Electrical Safety Code
Experience managing projects in the $50K–$600K range




Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Working at Heights, CPR/First Aid certification an asset

Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate electrical crews on-site
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure work is completed on time, on budget, and to code
Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols
Communicate progress and issues with project managers and clients
Order materials and manage on-site inventory
Train and mentor apprentices and junior electricians

Pay: $45.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
