This is a full-time hourly position with opportunity for overtime
Wage determined by experience
Position is primarily at parts and service counter, directing phone calls and updating and invoicing service tickets however all staff are cross-trained in many areas.
An interest in small engine items, tools, parts would be an asset
Bilingualism is not required but considered an asset
Weekend availability is required. Saturdays we are open half-days.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers at the parts counter and walk-in traffic
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries




Look up, order, and sell parts and accessories
Respond to customer emails
Maintain accurate records of counter sales and inventory
Support the shop team with day-to-day parts needs

Qualifications
Previous experience in a parts counter, retail, or customer service role is an asset
Robust communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace and multitasking
Bilingual in English and French is an asset

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
