Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment
Support meal preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and executing cooking techniques efficiently
Ensure timely service by coordinating with front-of-house staff to meet guest expectations
Follow food safety guidelines diligently, including proper use of gloves, hair restraints, and temperature controls
Maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment,



and utensils throughout shifts
Contribute to a positive team atmosphere by communicating effectively and supporting fellow kitchen staff

Requirements
Prior food service experience or restaurant experience preferred; a passion for cooking is essential
Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a high-pressure setting
Robust understanding of meal preparation techniques and cooking methods
Excellent attention to detail when following recipes and presentation standards
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
