Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
Assist customers by taking orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, handling cash and card transactions efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery display, food prep areas, and seating spaces
Handle cleaning tasks including washing dishes, sweep and mop
Manage food handling responsibilities to ensure quality and safety in accordance with health regulations
Provide friendly customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and serving with a positive attitude
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness using basic math skills for accurate stock levels

Qualifications




Previous barista experience or food service background is preferred; familiarity with serving and food preparation is a plus
Experience operating POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cashiering tools
Solid time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks involved in food preparation and serving

Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour
