Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to join our veterinary practice. Responsibilities
Greet clients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures for patients
Schedule appointments and follow up on client inquiries
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our management system
Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
Process payments and manage billing procedures




Assist with inventory management of office supplies and medical forms
Support veterinary staff with administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming

Requirements
Prior experience in a veterinary or medical reception role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
Laboratory experience is a plus, aiding in record keeping and client education
Compassionate attitude towards animals and pet owners
Ability to work well within a team setting

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour
