Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and physically capable mover to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and carefully loading, unloading, and transporting items during moving operations. This role requires strong physical stamina with attention to safety protocols. The mover will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and timely delivery and pick up of staging materials for our clients, maintaining high customer satisfaction. This position also requires taking direction from stagers to situate staging materials in the appropriate room(s) of a home.

Responsibilities
Load and unload furniture, boxes, and other staging materials for professional stagers
Assist with the packing, unpacking, and organizing of items during moves
Use warehouse management systems to track inventory and movement of goods
Ensure all items are securely loaded for transport to prevent damage during transit




Maintain a clean and organized work setting in compliance with safety regulations
Collaborate with team members to coordinate effective moving operations
Follow safety procedures when handling heavy furniture and packed boxes

Experience
Construction/trades based experience is ideal
Previous roles involving heavy lifting or moving large items will be highly valued

This position offers an opportunity to work in a agile environment requiring physical strength, teamwork, and technical skills. Candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and possess a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada, be fluent in English, and also have own transportation to the warehouse in Dorchester, Ontario.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
