Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team and help maintain beautiful, healthy landscapes for our clients. This role involves performing various lawn and landscape maintenance tasks, utilizing a range of tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening, horticulture, and outdoor work, with the ability to operate machinery and perform manual labor efficiently. This position offers opportunities for skill development in landscape maintenance, and construction-related tasks.

Responsibilities
Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to ensure a neat appearance using hand tools and power tools
Operating commercial zero turn mowers, push mowers, backpack and hand held leaf blowers and hand trimmers.
Perform gardening tasks such as planting, mulching, and pruning shrubs, trees and hand picking weeds.
Conduct landscape maintenance including aeration, overseeding, and fertlizing.
Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment and tools
Assist with construction projects related to landscape design or site improvements




Maintain safety standards by properly handling tools and machinery during all tasks.
Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and secure at all times.

Experience
Prior experience in landscaping, horticulture, golf course, or related outdoor maintenance roles preferred
A valid G class licence
Reliable transportation.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices and irrigation systems is a plus
Knowledge of gardening techniques, plant care, and horticultural principles preferred
Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues is desirable
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual labor

Job Types: Part time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.50-$23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 75.0 per week
