About Metaforce Shipping

Metaforce Shipping Inc. is a growing transportation company specializing in cross-border freight between Canada and the United States. We are looking for a reliable and organized Dispatch Coordinator to support our drivers, customers, and daily fleet operations.

Responsibilities
Dispatch drivers and coordinate daily pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
Communicate with drivers throughout their trips
Book pickup and delivery appointments
Prepare and verify load documents, including rate confirmations, bills of lading and customs paperwork
Monitor driver hours, routes and delivery schedules
Coordinate with brokers, warehouses and customers
Resolve delays, missed appointments and other transportation issues
Update load information accurately in the company system
Support after-hours operations when required

Requirements
Previous dispatch or transportation experience is preferred




Good knowledge of Canada–U.S. trucking operations
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple loads and priorities
Proficient with email, Microsoft Office and dispatch software
Knowledge of customs documents and Hours of Service regulations is an asset
Fluent English is required.
