Duties
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity
Support medication reminders
Provide companionship and engage clients in social activities to foster emotional well-being
Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, respecting dietary restrictions and preferences
Perform light housekeeping tasks ensuring a safe clean workplace




Monitor clients health status, report changes or concerns to management
Assist with mobility aids and transfer techniques to prevent falls and injuries

Experience
Prior experience working as a Health Care Aide or a PSW in a similar caregiving role
Experience working with individuals with disabilities or dementia care is highly valued
Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving with patience and respect
Familiarity with cleaning routines, meal preparation, and home care tasks is beneficial
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team are essential
