We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Casual Veterinary Receptionist to join our team!
Schedule:
Weekends ONLY – Saturdays & Sundays
Casual position
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
Answering and directing phone calls
Scheduling appointments
Checking clients in and out
Processing payments
Communicating with veterinarians and veterinary support staff
Assisting with general reception and administrative duties
Helping maintain a positive and productive client experience
What We’re Looking For:
Previous veterinary clinic or reception experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in a busy,
fast-paced workplace
Solid organizational and multitasking skills
Dependable and able to work Saturdays and Sundays
Comfortable working around dogs, cats, and other animals
A positive, team-oriented attitude
This is a great opportunity for someone with veterinary or reception experience who is looking for casual weekend work.
