Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our energetic food service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant setting, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring food quality and safety. Ideal candidates will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Prior restaurant or food service experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Greet customers, take orders, and serve food in a friendly and efficient manner
Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle cash with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety regulations
Assist with food safety practices, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery
Support team members in various roles as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Skills
Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for productive transaction processing
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during peak hours
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food handling techniques is a plus
Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance
Strong work ethic with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and professionalism
