Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Milton, Ontario within an automotive parts distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with prior warehouse experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced shipping, receiving, and material handling setting.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support dealer order fulfillment, inbound material put-away, inventory accuracy, and protected warehouse operations. The work environment is team-oriented, safety-focused, and structured around explicit procedures, supportive leadership, and opportunities to build skills through in-house forklift certification.

Key Responsibilities




Pick and complete dealer orders accurately, safely, and within required timelines.
Put away inbound materials according to established warehouse procedures and performance benchmarks.
Maintain a strong focus on quality, order accuracy, and working toward zero errors.
Communicate irregularities, inventory concerns, or order issues to Supervisors or Managers.
Handle multiple deadlines and support urgent or emergency order requests in a timely manner.
Follow all safety procedures to protect yourself, coworkers, equipment, and the work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $23.11 per hour.
