At Toronto Family Hearing, we support patients across the full lifespan, from infants to older adults, navigating hearing loss. Our front desk team must be able to shift communication styles seamlessly: from calm, clear communication with older patients, to warm, engaging interactions with young children and their families.

Responsibilities
Booking appointments and confirming details clearly
Greeting patients and families in a welcoming manner
Managing inquiries with adaptable communication
Coordinating with team members across locations
Processing payments and maintaining records
Supporting clinic operations and logistics
Key Skills
Adaptive communication across patient types
Explicit speech and strong listening skills
Ability to engage young children calmly
Comfort supporting busy or stressed parents
Strong teamwork and accountability
Attention to detail and organization

Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time, permanent position scheduled Monday to Friday, and up to 6 Saturdays per year in addition to the regular schedule.
Compensation is commensurate with experience. Annual bonuses linked to performance.
