Job Summary
The Grounds Crew plays a vital role in creating the aesthetic and functional aspects of outdoor spaces. This position involves a variety of tasks related to landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with both hand tools and machinery, as well as a passion for working outdoors.

Responsibilities
Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces.
Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure healthy growth.
Dig, build, and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscaping features.
Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care techniques are followed.
Maintain equipment by performing basic mechanical checks and routine maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Skills




Robust understanding of landscape practices.
Experience with hand tools for gardening tasks such as digging and building.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work in maintaining outdoor spaces.
