Duties
Deliver high-quality massage therapy sessions tailored to each client’s specific needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or trigger point therapy
Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ health history and current conditions to develop effective treatment plans
Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports
Educate clients on self-care practices and post-treatment recommendations to support ongoing wellness
Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment setting in compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and answer any questions they may have
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide comprehensive care
Experience
Valid registration and licensing as a Massage Therapist from the appropriate regulatory body in your region
Proven experience delivering professional massage therapy services with positive client feedback
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and wellness practices
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans and address client concerns
Prior experience working in a busy clinic or wellness center is preferred but not required; training will be provided if needed
