Responsibilities
Assist in building permaculture landscapes & infrastructure that incorporate sustainable practices and ecological harmony
Use hand tools and power tools to build things, prepare soil, plant trees, shrubs, and perennial crops with precision and care
Maintain access, water, structure, energy, & vegetation systems
Conduct regular landscape maintenance including chain-sawing,pruning, mulching, weeding, and composting to promote plant vitality
Support the installation and upkeep of water, renewable energy, & infrastructural systems to optimize human use across various sites
Survey problems; devise solutions (food-water-energy)
Collaborate with team members to plan seasonal schedules and safe interventions that enhance QoL, safety,



& ecosystem services.

Experience
Prior Building / Construction Experience (working with tools, power tools, heavy machines or in landscape maintenance is highly desirable)
Knowledge of permaculture principles & a hard work ethic.
Familiarity with elements of civilization crisis and a learned problem-solving background
Hands-on experience in DIY construction & landscape projects demonstrating attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude

Pay: $15.00-$35.00 per hour
