We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader for our amazing team.

Experience/Qualifications Required:
Experience working in landscape or similar industry
Valid driver’s license
Maintain quality performance standards with the customer base
Establish robust working relationships
Plan daily work schedules for crew
Delegate team schedules each morning
Monitor and manage crew performance
Coordinate staffing needs for crews
Manage vehicle equipment
Crew training
Experience in commercial maintenance
Self-Starter
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Independent judgement
Open minded and thoughtful
Ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance
