Lake Country IGA is currently hiring two Part-Time Deli Clerks to join our team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, making recommendations, offering samples, and responding to requests
Recommending, slicing, weighing, packaging, and pricing deli meats and cheeses
Preparing special orders and party trays
Maintaining attractive and well-stocked deli displays and service cases
Updating displays and customer-facing areas to showcase new products and promotions
Ensuring product quality, freshness, and presentation standards are maintained
Following all food safety, sanitation, and department procedures
Maintaining clean, organized, and service-ready work areas
Complying with all company policies and regulatory food-handling requirements

Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills




Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous deli, grocery, or food service experience is an asset
Current FoodSafe Certificate required
