Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Sandwich Maker to join our team. This role involves preparing high-quality sandwiches and other food items in a fast-paced workplace, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining food safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for delivering a positive dining experience. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, along with strong time management skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic team dedicated to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to company recipes and customer specifications
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations in compliance with food safety standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
Provide friendly, attentive customer service,



addressing any questions or special requests
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
Follow sanitation protocols to maintain a clean kitchen environment

Requirements
Prior experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant settings is highly desirable
Knowledge of POS systems, including Micros POS, and cash handling procedures
Solid time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively during peak hours
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order calculations
Kitchen experience or familiarity with food industry operations is preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed; weekend availability is a plus

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
