Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This entry-level position offers an excellent chance to develop skills in warehouse operations, inventory management, and heavy equipment handling within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse functions, ensure productive order fulfillment, and maintain safety standards across all activities.

Responsibilities
Hours of work are 6:30am to 4:00pm Mon-Fri
Organization Minded Individual & Safety Oriented Individual
Assist Warehouse Manager w/ Daily Warehousing Duties
Job physical requirements - must be able to lift 50lbs
Pouring Concrete in warehouse for Retaining Walls & Acoustic Walls
Fabrication of Rebar Cages
Read & Understand Construction Drawings
Various Wood Working projects using tools
Winter Maintenance Tasks at Warehouse (Shoveling & Hand Salting)
Assist with inventory management, including inventory counts

Competency using Power Tools & Carpentry Skills are mandatory

Wood Working Tasks
Mitre Saw (Fabricating Post Tops)
Router (Chamfer Posts)
Air Nailer & Air Stapler (Fabricating Lattice)
Drills (Screwing wood together)

Rebar Cage Fabrication
Chop Saw (Cutting rebar to specific size)
Rebar Tying Tool (Using Tool to tie rebar footing cages & rebar mattresses for Concrete Walls)

Concrete Masonry
Quik Cut (Cutting Masonry Walls to size)
Grinder (cutting aircraft cable)

Equipment
2-year minimum Forklift experience preferred
2-year minimum Skid Steer experience preferred
Experience
Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required; training will be provided for all equipment operation including forklifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
