We are seeking a energetic and experienced Store Manager to grow and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of retail management. This role involves ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth while maintaining operational efficiency.Duties
Lead day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing, scheduling, cash management, including merchandising, inventory management, and POS transactions
Manage purchasing and pricing strategies to optimize profitability and stock levels
Handle customer service issues promptly to ensure high customer satisfaction levels
Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
Oversee cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks with accuracy
Conduct regular meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and provide ongoing training & development opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
Report regularly to the Owner on sales, staffing, and operational issues




Monitor store performance against sales targets and budgets set with the Owner, and take action to hit goals

Experience
2+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (or equivalent leadership experience)
Comfort with sales targets, budgets, and basic reporting
Demonstrated proficiency in merchandising and inventory control
Skilled in negotiation, marketing, and customer service excellence
Experience with POS systems, cashiering, bookkeeping, and administrative functions
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication skills along with proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and financial recordkeeping
