Job Summary

We are seeking a agile and dedicated Heavy Tow Truck Operator to join our team! Duties
Safely operate heavy tow trucks to recover disabled, damaged, or illegally parked vehicles from diverse locations
Assess each situation to determine the best recovery method and equipment needed
Perform routine inspections and basic automotive repairs on tow trucks and recovered vehicles as necessary
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, vehicle owners, and dispatch teams
Maintain accurate logs of all recoveries, including details of the vehicle condition and recovery process
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operations to protect yourself, colleagues,



and the public
Assist with loading, unloading, and securing vehicles onto tow trucks using appropriate tools and equipment such as forklifts when required

Requirements
Proven experience operating commercial or heavy-duty tow trucks in a professional setting
Robust mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
Valid commercial driver’s license with a clean driving record; forklift certification is a plus
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Knowledge of safety regulations related to towing operations and vehicle recovery procedures
Prior experience with automotive repair or maintenance is highly desirable
