Overview

We are seeking dedicated Shutdown Labour personnel to join our team, supporting critical maintenance and decommissioning activities during scheduled shutdown periods. This role involves performing essential vacuum and high pressure washing work to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic and compliance to all health and safety policies.

Duties
Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks across various areas of the facility, including machinery, workspaces, and common areas.
Assist with vacuum and high pressure washing operations.
Support the setup and breakdown of work zones during shutdown activities.
Ensure all waste materials are properly disposed of following environmental guidelines.
Maintain equipment used in valuable working condition.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries during operations.




Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and support overall project timelines.

Skills
Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment.
Reliable team player with valuable communication skills.
Familiarity with safety standards applicable to industrial shutdowns is advantageous.
Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to strict schedules.
