Overview:
We are currently hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented individual for a full time Night Audit / Front Desk position. This role requires availability for evening and overnight shifts, with a primary focus on Night Audit duties once fully trained. Initial training will include Front Desk responsibilities, primarily during 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM shifts, so reliable transportation is required.

About the Role:
This position plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our guests during evening and overnight hours. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform front desk tasks, and complete nightly audits to balance daily revenue and reporting. You’ll also act as a point of contact for any overnight needs or concerns, helping maintain the security and operations of the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in/check out guests in a qualified and friendly manner
Accurately post payments and maintain guest accounts
Follow established cash-handling procedures and balance floats
Prepare and verify night audit reports and daily revenue summaries
Perform end-of-day closing procedures for the property management system
Answer and route incoming phone calls and guest communications discreetly




Communicate effectively with other departments and shifts to ensure smooth operations
Provide guests with local recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and services
Address guest inquiries or issues with professionalism and care
Support hotel safety and security protocols during night shifts
Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
Experience with Galaxy, Lightspeed, or other hotel systems is an asset
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multi-task and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Proven commitment to delivering excellent guest service
Must be dependable, able to work independently, and comfortable working overnight hours
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is essential
