3 YEARS COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

BDI Drive is seeking qualified G-Class Drivers to join our cross-border expedite fleet.

Routes range from the Midwest (Illinois, Indiana) to long-haul runs (Texas, Alberta). To properly support the needs of our Shippers/Receivers and to maximize earnings, time away from home can range from a few days to a few weeks; with the average being up to one week.

No Local. No Canada-Only.

We provide full orientation on border crossing, paperwork handling, and communication skills to help you become a top-tier performer.

You will be assigned a dedicated 2023 or newer Mercedes-Benz Sprinter—fully upfitted to support the needs of the driver to maximize earning potential.

Compensation:
Base Rate: $0.40 per loaded mile.
Performance Bonus: Increase to $0.45 per loaded mile; based on availability and on-road performance.
Weekly Earnings:



Drivers’ earnings average $900 - $1,200 per week -ALL DEPENDANT ON YOUR AVAILABILTIY AND ON-ROAD PERFORMANCE.

Requirements:
Experience: A Letter of Experience (LOE) confirming a minimum of 3 years of commercial driving (cargo van or similar) for insurance qualification.
Must have a Canadian Passport or PR Card with a valid US Visa.
Work Permits are not accepted.

Path to Ownership: Ask about our Turnkey Owner-Operator Program. We help drivers transition into business owners with rates from $0.92 - $1.35/mile (after insurance costs) and no prior experience required for our owner-operator insurance program. Owner-Operators average gross monthly revenues of $7,000-$12,000, determined by availability, and on road performance; with high performers earning $12,000+ gross monthly revenues.
