Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered products. Your expertise will ensure each design is executed flawlessly, contributing to the creation of exceptional finished goods. This is in a warehouse environment with screen printing and fulfillment ongoing.

Duties
Set up embroidery machines according to specific design specifications and production requirements
Operate embroidery machinery efficiently while monitoring for quality issues during production runs
Adjust machine settings, troubleshoot technical problems, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and adherence to design standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency

Skills




Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control standards
Experience with embroidery machines or similar textile equipment is highly desirable
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and workflow organization
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly and effectively
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on precision and consistency
Good communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting
Experience with Tajima or similar machine embroidery.
