Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process of warranty claims, from initial submission to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Lead negotiations with dealerships, suppliers, and customers to resolve disputes or claim discrepancies effectively.
Analyze warranty data to identify trends, root causes of frequent claims, and opportunities for process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as technical support, quality assurance, and customer service to streamline claims procedures.
Maintain comprehensive records of all claims activities, correspondence, and decisions for audit purposes.




Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance claim processing efficiency while ensuring compliance with company standards.
Provide leadership and training to team members on best practices in claims management, negotiation techniques, and customer engagement.

Requirements
Proven experience in warranty claims management within the automotive or related industry.
Robust negotiation skills with a track record of resolving complex disputes amicably.
Excellent customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and maintain positive relationships.
Analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and recommend actionable solutions.
