Duties
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment around the work site
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety equipment
Support skilled tradespeople by holding materials, measuring, or performing basic tasks as directed
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Perform general site cleanup to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace
Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety standards
Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages or damages





Requirements
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending or kneeling frequently
Solid attention to safety procedures and willingness to follow instructions carefully
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for maintaining project timelines
Previous experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is a plus but not required
Basic understanding of workplace safety standards and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
