Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas to promote safety and efficiency
Operate equipment safely and responsibly, including cash registers and point-of-sale systems
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold high standards of customer service
Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing accurate information




Assist in opening or closing procedures to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications
Experience working Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; we welcome motivated learners!
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
