Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and care, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
Assist with food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Serve customers efficiently, taking orders accurately and delivering excellent customer service
Support food presentation by plating dishes attractively and ensuring timely delivery to guests
Follow all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to uphold health department requirements
Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen workflow during busy service times




Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and cooking equipment throughout shifts

Qualifications
Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within restaurants or the food industry is highly desirable
Knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
Solid understanding of meal preparation techniques and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills for serving customers and working effectively with team members
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for creating delicious dishes and providing outstanding food service experiences
Food safety certification or willingness to obtain certification upon hire is preferred
