Position Summary

We are hiring experienced Waiters/Servers for hospitality clients across the GTA and Durham Region. We are seeking customer-focused, reliable professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service in restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, convention centres, clubs, and event venues.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
Set up, maintain, and clear dining tables.
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
Assist with banquet, buffet, and event service.
Follow food safety and health & safety procedures.
Process payments using POS systems when required.
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Perform opening, closing, and side duties as assigned.

Requirements
6 months to 2 years of serving experience.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, banquet halls, clubs,



convention centres, or catering/event venues preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to stand for extended periods and carry serving trays.
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Good English communication skills.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is an asset.
Previous serving experience is required.
Smart Serve Certification is an asset (or required by client).
Food Handler Certification is an asset.

What We Offer
Competitive pay: $18.00–$20.00/hour (Based on Experience).
