Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for completing high-quality interior and exterior finish work on residential, commercial, and restoration projects. This role requires a robust understanding of carpentry techniques, blueprint reading, and the use of various hand and power tools. The Finish Carpenter will collaborate with project managers, other trades, and clients to ensure precise craftsmanship and timely project completion. Candidates with experience in cabinetry, flooring installation, tile laying, and general woodworking are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to execute precise finish carpentry work
Install door, baseboard, window sills, and backing
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials




Measure accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment of all fixtures and finishes
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to safety protocols

Experience
Proven experience in carpentry or finish work within residential or commercial construction environments
Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating principles
Hands-on experience with door and trim work installation.
Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
