We are looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team.
Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate daily freight dispatch operations across Canada and the USA, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
Utilize transportation management systems to schedule, track, and optimize freight routes efficiently.
Communicate clearly with carriers, drivers, warehouse teams, and customers via multi-line phone systems, maintaining skilled phone etiquette at all times.
Enter data accurately into systems to track shipments, update statuses, and generate reports.
Monitor shipping & receiving activities to ensure compliance with schedules and safety standards.
Pay: $18.19-$32.25 per hour
