Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale)
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Ensure food safety and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and prioritization
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, bar, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards




Assist in opening or closing duties as needed, including setup and breakdown of service stations

Experience
Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in rapid-paced environments
Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
Robust customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and change calculation
Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
Experience in serving or bartending roles within the food industry is desirable but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
